As you can see, “kutsinta” is the word used by many, and that includes this site. Why is the correct spelling important? Because you can find different recipes for different spellings. Although the main ingredients are the same, directions may vary. Other people may serve kutsinta with grated fresh coconut, while others prefer the fried one (will make a topic about this soon).
